Lake Onondaga Maternity session, With Lindsey Lee Photography

Onondaga Lake is a lake in Central New York, immediately northwest of and adjacent to Syracuse, New York. Most don't consider it the most picturesque location, but that's where I beg to differ as an artist. I love the way the sunsets over this lake, and the lighting is just dream-worthy here.  It provides me with many looks though out the year. Some may view it as a lake off the side of a busy freeway, while I look at it with a glass half full.

I love that we have more than one option for different natural backdrops at this location. Adjacent to the lake is an excellent open field sunkissed by the evening light. During the summertime, there's an array of wildflowers here, providing warm neutral tones during fall. I took my daughter's senior photographs at this location while scoring for new locations and fell in love with it. Also, It's nice to shoot in locations that aren't overused by others. I love to deliver my clients unique photos.
